No. Schokr One is completely optional. You can create and run game servers, Discord bots and apps on Schokr's free package without ever paying, and there is no trial period or expiry.
What you get without Schokr One
Every team gets the free package:
| Resource | Free package |
|---|---|
| Memory | 6 GB |
| CPU | 150% (1.5 cores) |
| Disk | 10 GB |
| Server slots | Up to 4 |
| Port allocations | 1 per server |
| Snapshot slots | 3 per server |
You also get the full server tools: the console, the file manager, backups, snapshots, schedules, startup settings, the Network section and activity logs. Servers do not sleep when idle.
Features that do not need Schokr One
- Every server template, from Minecraft and Rust to Node.js, Bun and Python
- All locations in North America, Europe and Asia
- Teams with custom roles
- Daily rewards, AFK earnings and referrals (with Discord linked)
- The store, where you can buy permanent upgrades with credits
What Schokr One adds
Schokr One ($7.99 a month) adds a 25% AFK boost, a custom 4-digit profile tag, unlimited snapshots, unlimited port allocations and a profile badge, with extra nodes for members coming soon. See what is Schokr One.
If you need more than the free package
You still do not need Schokr One. Memory, disk, CPU and server slots are sold in the store as one-time upgrades paid with credits, which you can earn for free. Schokr One does not add any of those. See upgrading vs Schokr One.
Why Schokr One exists
Memberships help pay for the free tier. If you enjoy Schokr and want to support it, Schokr One is a way to do that and get some perks in return. If not, the free package is yours to keep using.
