You create an Schokr account in the console at console.schokr.gg. It is free, there is no trial period and nothing expires, so you can start hosting right away.
- Open console.schokr.gg in your browser.
- Choose to sign up and follow the steps on screen.
- Use an email address you actually check. Team owners invite people by email, so this is how others will find you.
- Pick a strong, unique password (see account security basics).
- Once you are signed in, you land in the console, where all of your servers and teams live.
What you get for free
Every team on Schokr gets the free package:
| Resource | Amount |
|---|---|
| Memory | 6 GB (6144 MiB) |
| CPU | 150% (1.5 cores) |
| Disk | 10 GB (10240 MiB) |
| Server slots | Up to 4 |
This is one shared pool per team, not a fixed size per server. You decide how to split it, for example one big Minecraft server or several small bots. Read how the shared resource pool works for details.
Recommended next steps
- Link your Discord account. It is required to use credits, daily rewards and the store. See how to link Discord.
- Create your first server. Follow creating your first server.
- Join the community. The Schokr Discord is where announcements and support happen.
Common questions
Do I need a credit card?
No. The free package does not require payment details. Credits and the optional Schokr One membership are extras, never a requirement for running servers.
Is there a time limit?
No. There is no trial and no expiry. Servers also do not sleep when idle, so they keep running until you stop them.
Can I have more than one account?
Use one account and organize your projects with teams instead. Each user can be in up to 2 teams, and you can invite friends to help manage servers without sharing your login. See teams on Schokr.
Still stuck?
If sign-up fails or you never get access, ask in the Schokr Discord and include what step you got stuck on.
