How to refer someone
- Make sure your Discord account is linked. Referrals are part of the economy. See why Discord must be linked.
- Find your referral details in the Schokr console and share them with your friend.
- Your friend signs up for Schokr.
- Your friend links their own Discord account and claims the referral within 48 hours of creating their account.
The 48-hour window
The referral must be claimed within 48 hours of the new account being created. After that, it can no longer be added, and neither of you gets the referral credits. If you are inviting someone, ask them to finish setting up (including linking Discord) on the day they sign up.
Limits
- 10 referrals per 24 hours. You can earn referral rewards for at most 10 referrals in any 24-hour period. Any more than that will not pay out until the window moves on.
- Real people only. Referrals are meant for bringing new people to Schokr, not for referring your own extra accounts. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask staff on Discord first.
Common problems
My friend signed up but I did not get credits. Check that the referral was claimed within 48 hours of their account being created, and that both of you have Discord linked.
I hit the limit. You have referred 10 people in the last 24 hours. Wait and try again later.
My friend joined before I sent the link. If their account is older than 48 hours, the referral window has closed.
Other ways to earn
Referrals are one of three free ways to earn credits. See daily rewards and AFK earnings, or compare them all.
Still stuck?
If a referral should have counted but did not, ask on the Schokr Discord with both usernames and the time the account was created.
