How to check if Schokr is down
Use the Schokr status page to check for outages at your server's location before troubleshooting, and know what to do during one.

Check status.schokr.gg to see if Schokr is having problems. It shows the current state of Schokr's services and locations, plus any ongoing incidents.
When to check the status page
Check it first when:
- Your server suddenly went offline and the console shows no error
- The console will not load or connect
- Several of your servers have problems at once
- Players across different networks cannot connect
- Your friends on other Schokr servers report the same issue
Reading the status page
- Open status.schokr.gg.
- Find your server's location: New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, Frankfurt, Singapore or Tokyo.
- Look for any incident or degraded status that matches what you are seeing.
- Read incident updates for progress and expected next steps.
Not sure which location your server is in? It is shown with your server in the console.
If there is an incident
- Wait for updates. Restarting or reinstalling repeatedly will not help and can make things worse.
- Do not delete or reinstall your server because of an outage.
- Follow announcements in the Schokr Discord.
- Tell your players what is happening so they do not keep retrying.
When the incident is resolved, start your server if it is not already running, and check the console for errors.
If everything looks fine
The problem is likely specific to your server. Work through these:
- Open the console and read the output. See using the console.
- If it will not start, see server won't start.
- If it keeps stopping, check for out of memory or a full disk.
- If players cannot connect, see connecting to your server.
- Check the activity log for recent changes.
Problems with your own connection
If the status page is green and your server is running, but only you cannot connect:
- Try another network, like mobile data.
- Restart your router or game client.
- Ask a friend in a different place to try.
